FEEL FOOD

Gastronomic LAB - A series of chambers infused by a series of assorted gastronomical experiences - display of produce, court to enjoy, laboratory composed of a hot food, cold food and cold pressed juice section. All will intervene to create one single space that can be fragmented into self sufficient parts but at the same time work as a whole - a laboratory that studies, preserves and maintains the natural active ingredients, minerals, flavors and aromas in food. A sophisticated gastronomical experience that takes us back to mother earth - connecting us to Nature.
